Brian entered the business world at an early age as a sales executive within the import, export and wholesale distribution trade. As his career developed, he became sourcing, marketing and sales manager, and later sales director. Becoming heavily involved in international business within Europe, Asia, and the USA, he eventually became CEO.

Brian was appointed onto three government boards ranging from enterprise (awarding of Government & EU grants to businesses)to infrastructure and strategic policies. Against stiff competition, Brian won an election to become president of a voluntary, and not-for-profit organisation, in which he served a two-year tenure. He also served as a non-executive director with several organisations and is currently chairman of a large SME company.

Brian has been a guest lecturer on international business and was instrumental in developing a full-time course in Entrepreneurship with an Institute of Technology. Having served as a non-executive director of a company within the recycling sphere, he has developed systems, has gained a wealth of understanding, and possesses a high level of knowledge to share.

During 2014 he was bestowed with a certificate in executive coaching and another in applying psychology within the workplace by The University of Cambridge. He has a passion for continuously learning, sharing knowledge, and assisting businesses to implement change management. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. During 2018 Brian was awarded a certificate by The University of Oxford in relation DLT/Blockchain Technology. As a Futurist, he firmly believes that businesses need to accept and utilise technology in order to future-proof their enterprises against competitors. Hence, Brian is very visionary and enjoys helping organisations achieve greater things through its people. These virtues make Brian a man of great qualities, and his peers are proud to serve with him in 5ive Global.

Being driven by his passion for learning & enhancing his knowledge in order to assist our clients, Brian has undertaken a doctorate (DBA) that should see him graduate in 2022. Brian’s skill set and teaching spans into numerous areas: building a positive organisational culture, anticipating and identifying opportunities, cyber-security, technology, risk assessment, blockchain, DLT,executive coaching, quality leadership, marketing, sales, strategy, HRM, recycling, knowledge management, targeted recruitment, operations, supply-chain, importing, exporting, management consulting, determining market demand, conflict resolution, communication and negotiation. He is visionary in setting strategies and achieving desired end results for clients.
