Whether you are a qualified PE Teacher or just the teacher who has become the default school team manager, this course may well be for you.  We have put together an innovative masters programme developed especially for the needs of schools. You will learn from professional trainers from English Premiership Football Teams and from world-renowned experts in sports medicine.

This course is unique and there is no other masters programme like it. The course is delivered from Uninettuno University  in Rome along with our partners Vernier Software and Technology, Seed of Speed, Pillars of Performance and the Irish Osteoporosis Society

How we teach

Uninettuno has won numerous awards for the support and blended learning platforms it provides. The student can be part of the classroom no matter where they are located. All lectures are pre-recorded to allow you to build the course around your own teaching timetable and online seminars

Assessments

Each module is assessed by means of an assignment that is work-based based assignments that are grounded and relevant to the work-based professional approach philosophy. There are no written exams, so assessments are 100% coursework based. If you decide to progress to the MSportsEd stage you will be assigned a mentor and your project will involve a training regime you have designed for your place of work.

How you can obtain your MSportEd

The course is spread over 3 academic years. To attain your MSportEd you need to complete two Post Graduate Diplomas and then a final project.  In order to achieve your Master’s Degree, you need to complete 2 x PgDs and 1 x School-Based Project.

You can complete the PgDs in any order you wish, but you must complete both before proceeding the project stage and completion of the MSportEd. You can start with either the PgD (Sports Science) or the PgD (Strength & Conditioning). Each stage lasts for 8 months and fees are just €1800 per stage (entire Masters Programme costs €5400).
